Spiritual Exercises for Women
The Spiritual Exercises are silent retreats based on the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola. Following the original format of the Ignatian retreat, the Spiritual Exercises take you through a profound experience of getting to know Christ. You will see him with new eyes through a fresh reading of the Scriptures and through a golden silence which weeds out distractions so as to help you discern God’s voice in your soul.

St. Lawrence Retreat Center is a quiet oasis located on the banks of the Hudson River. It comprises 25 acres of beautiful grounds with many walking paths. It is in the quiet that peace comes to one’s soul and God is found in a new and special way.
At the St. Lawrence Retreat Retreat Center, you will have a private room and bathroom. While the facility does not accommodate any diet requests, it will offer vegetarian, gluten, and dairy-free options at every meal (please bring anything you need). The facility is well heated and air-conditioned, not to mention the grounds are breathtaking with a grotto for prayer.

One Flesh
Marriage Retreats are designed to be quiet and reflective times for couples to focus on God, each other, prayer, and spiritual growth. This retreat, based on the Theology of the Body from Pope St John Paul II, includes reflections on marriage with opportunities for reconciliation, spiritual dialogue, couples time, and adoration.
The program is designed to give couples concrete tools to help deepen their understanding of themselves and their relationship, and the opportunity to have conversations that help a marriage flourish.
