I recently moved to New York City a couple months ago and with the holidays it’s all been kind of crazy and so it was nice to take some time to come to this retreat, slow down, spend some time with God and with some other young adult Catholics.

 

Also, because I’m so new to the city, it has been really great to meet some people, get to know some fellow Catholics and get more integrated into the Catholic community. Everyone here has been so welcoming, so it was a really great experience and I think the theme was very relevant for me right now. It’s a good time of year to be thinking about hope and kind of where God wants to lead me in my life. So the retreat has been great.Theresa
